The first thing I realized keenly after my U-turn was the lack of options in the rural areas.
For example, I go to eat tonkotsu ramen.
If I am unlucky and the store is closed temporarily,
even if I want to try other tonkotsu ramen,
there are no tonkotsu ramen stores,
and even though my mouth is already full of tonkotsu ramen,
All I can do is go to other shoyu or shio ramen stores.
There is no option to go to other tonkotsu ramen shops.;-(
Since the countryside is that rural,
TV and magazine features on gourmet food are a world of their own.
But, you see, there is a national-class restaurant in my town !
Its name is “Chateraise”.
As you know, it is a sweet store.
Everything from western and Japanese sweets to ice cream is delicious ♡
I especially like the “Rich(Tokunou)-egg Pudding”.
Puddings in the world seem to be divided into two types: thick and hard,
this pudding is slightly hard.
It has a dark yellow color due to the luxurious use of egg yolks.
One bite reveals the taste of the yolk and a gentle sweetness.
The texture is sticky and really sexy…!
I can eat as much as I want already…!
The caramel sauce at the bottom is just the right amount of bitter and sweet.
Nice play to complement the pudding without getting too far ahead of itself !
Natural clothes look good, but dresses are nice too, I love you !
Moreover, the only ingredients are “milk, egg yolk, sugar, and caramel syrup” !
No extras !
It is a pudding made of pudding!
Theobroma !
